Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I started in the Fire service because my uncle, and grandfather were/are (my grandfather died and was a Captain with Cederdale Fire/Rescue, and my uncle is currently a Battalion Chief with Cederdale Fire/Rescue) fireman in Washington state.
I have always wanted to help others when they are int he most need.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
The brotherhood.....the friendship....and helping others with a great group of guys.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Shrinking budgets....increased call volumes....and a extreme shortage of qualified and dedicated personnel.
