Why I Joined Fire/EMS
My wife's best girl friend's dad was the Chief of Niles Fire Dept. 1983 our department was a full time department during this time the city decided to not replace any full time firefighters when they retired or left the department. Chief Fuller told me about the program and I always enjoyed helping people when they needed it. I was hired to a full time firefighter in 1992. to the present. Being a firefighter its the best job anyone could ever have.
