I like helping other people it is my passion in life I like the adrenalin and I live for it each day, I am a volunteer and don't get paid to do it.

It gives me a rash, I like to help people in need

Issues that I come across very offen is that the older guys on the group do not give the newer ones a change to develop their skills.
