    thank you korrey sir for your comment when you research more into this program may you please tell me on how i approached wrong on trying to help on the scene forum i didn't mean to disrespect anyone there i hope you believe this unfourtanatly not many do at all but i would appreciate if you may answer my question till than i will only observe and do what cheif tells me as i always have done thank you sir

    Hey, no I'm not a coach and to be honest I just started back into my P90x work out. After getting cleared to return from an injury it was the holidays and just didn't have time, but its a new year and a new start. Just finished day 3 and loving every bit of it!
