Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I personally have a huge passion for it. It runs in the family as well. I dont like seeing people hurt, but i want to be the one there when it happens because i do genuinely care. The day i stop caring and cant learn from the field, is the day i leave. I hope that i can learn from the people i have had the pleasure of working with and they can teach me to become a better medic than themself. One day it will become my responsability to teach someone under me to become a better medic than me. I have high expectations but all in all at the end of the day i still love what i do. I had to learn the hard way and fast from my first day on the job and my experiences will stay with me for a lifetime and will make me not only a better medic, but a better person. With the bad comes the good and i would not change anything i have been through
