    Wayne my point is that I would never leave because of this BS...I might be a royal pain in the ass and use their little "game" against them when the opportunity arose but I would be damned to quit because of them....I am too good of a firefighter/medic for that.....Hell, if you don't believe in yourself them who else will...?
