Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I was invited to participate in behind-the-scenes support activities at the Fort Worth Fire Department in 1989 by my very good friend Robert Burn. I quickly became addicted to the adrenaline and the comraderie during those first few years of riding out.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
I enjoy making a difference in the community by helping those in need.
Norm, welcome to Firefighter Nation. Glad you dropped in to join. Lots to do, read and become involved with here. You will get out of this what you put into it. Your involvement here is important to us all.
