Why I Joined Fire/EMS: Duh, the RED LIGHT on my truck!! The awesome uniform is always a plus, love the flashlights, and of course how cool I look wearing my pager!! Oh and yeah to help people that is cool too!
Why I Love Fire/EMS: If I could only pick 1... hmm would have to be the helmet flashlight! So fun to use and looks AWESOME!!
Top Issues Facing Responders:: People who dont know how to move when they see red lights in their rearview mirrors and those crazy laws that say I am not suppose to HONK at them!!

We actually got to spray some water about 3:00 this morning. We had a truck fire on the interstate. It gutted the whole inside. Your lights would have looked good going to the firehouse. Hope to see you soon.

Thanks Kim, from the ones that I have seen that have won in the past weeks we are looking at over 150 votes or higher. Last weeks voting was the highest that I was able to get for her which was 54, The more the better because it also helps her with the next phase of the contest and puts her into the judges area for the final part of the competiton.

It breaks down like this. During the first phase it based on people voting for her, then it goes to phase two which is picked from the dogs with the highest volume of votes, then final phase is the judges. We just would like to get into the second phase which would get her out of me having to beg people for votes.
The key is to vote everyday. Plus they have it set that you can only vote from one IP daily, which has put a crimp in things here because only one of the girls can vote from our other computer using the link. If you can get us a massive amount of votes from your sites we would love you for ever and ever and ever!!!!!!!!!
Pearl would even do you the favor of coming to visit anyone you wish her to put the fear of God into and make sure they know that your her Bud! LOL (no kidding we will do it)!

WOW! I just hit the site to cast my vote and with mine it was at 57, I forwarded it to my facebook again. I try to post my reminder everyday. I have a couple that are voting for her daily.
All I can say is "YOU ROCK"!!!!!!!
Anytime you need a large dog on your side for anything just shout and we will be there...I am still waiting for Kathy to be on duty so I can visit while she is in the little office, wanna catch her by surprise and I will be the one handling Pearl not Jeff. She is very protective over me...the fire station may stink for a while, cause I know Kathy will have to clean her pants. LMAO!!

Kim, as far as school. What will give you a break soon if my great grandmother was right in forcasting snows. Which believe it or not really did work, was she counted the number of foggy mornings in August. Depending on how heavy was how heavy the snow would be and how many we would have. August was a mostly foggy month and some were big ones. Hang in there, nap time is just a short drop off for school away. You will make it, you can do it, we know you can!
