evoc,hazmat awarness, wildland level 1, vehicle rescue technician, planning and preparing for aircraft emergencies, and learning everyday. good news, I am going to National Fire Academy in February!!!
I'm in process of getting my EMT-P. I am taking my open water diver in the spring.
About Me:
my husband (the one in my profile pic) and my son (Dakota) are the light of my life. my family lives,eats and sleeps fire and rescue!!

I am in the process of getting my EMT. I have made the executive decision to continue my education to the CCEMT-P level and get flight qualified.

    i am an emt-b and it is hard wit my knee,cuz i work at a power plant and if something happens if they cant get the person down i have to go up after them... plus being a firefighter is hard too climbing ladders and that, but i fight thru the pain... like u said i am a tough chick

    unfortunately, i didn't spend too much time with Valley Forge's old Engine 68-5. they had just finished building our new pumper tanker and placed it into service a few weeks after i was voted in as a member. hopefully it treats ya'll well.

    Thanks for the welcome and i seen your deal about fill the boot and we take part in that here in our area it was actually great because in 2007 we beat our neighboring paid fire department the City of Longview by almost 2,000 dollars i love raising the money it goes for a great cause and plus its great for all of us at a volunteer department to come out and have some fun rasing money
