Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I was a firefighters wife for years and I got bit by the bug. Once I joined, I found out that I loved it just as much as he does.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
I love helping people and being there for them.

Lack of motivated volunteers. It takes a lot of time and committment to be dedicated to the job.

    It has killed me.. Andrew already got in trouble too! I had to run to Speedwell yesterday evening and Trav had my truck so i had to scooter to talk to her. Believe it or not ... they are saying he is a "Talker". She says she just cant stop him from talking he talks all the time!! LOL! Wonder who he gets that from.... so long night last night trying to make him understand he cant do it. OMG Kindergarten is stressful no sleep.... emergency school visits! Got behind a tractor trailer this morning on way up there driving 35 on a 55 mph road....Pray for me Anita I cant do it.. 175 MORE DAYS!! :(

    Went to the Dr and yep!! CHICKEN POX!!! I went ahead to VB... they are itching so bad!!! I have board meeting tomorrow... the entire board is gonna love this I can barely sit still in my chair without scratching all over! Another Dr down here gonna see me Friday to make sure it is progressing ok. I blame SCHOOL and getting up early!! It is actually GOING TO KILL ME!! LOL... U feeling any better?

    My name is Adel and I am trying to figure out what products are best for female firefighters. I have worked as a firefighter for only three years so I am just getting started. Currently I am a student at Eastern algerinne University in in the Fire & Safety Engineering Technology Program. Although I have only been a firefighter for three years I have had my fair share of small gloves that were still too big and pants that went up to my belly button! I was wondering if you could take the time out of your busy schedule to share some of your favorite/best fitting/most functional products for female firefighters. Weather it’s an awesome fitting pair of pants, A polo shirt that has sleeves that do not go down to your elbows, a pair of great gloves, or boots that have an awesome fit.
