Other Past or Current Departments and Organizations
I used to be on IOB but my brother was there before I went there, and I could never shed the image of him.. so I have moved on to a department that knows me by my name and not my brothers. Now I am with Aransas Pass Fire Deparmtment and I like it pretty well!
My Training:
I am always doing some sort of training! I love rescue though! I live and breathe anything to do with Rescue! I am hoping to become a career firefighter in the next few years and if i am lucky its going to be next year! By the end of this year I should have close to 1,000 hours in the fire service. This is my dream job so I guess I am one of the lucky ones to have found that!
About Me:
A few years from now I hope to have my RN so I can be a flight nurse, I have athree yr old little girl. I love to sky dive or surf! Just about anything that is fun. I am pretty close to my family and friends. I try to be there for everyone when I can and recently seperated from my husband.. So its a new chapter in my life!
i love beening a firefighter to it is in my dna, it is a job i would like to do full time, but it is great to help people out and make a differents in peoples lives
Your daughter is too cute! The pic of the sunglasses and her eating pizza bring back a lot of memories for me and my 2 girls. Hope your day got better on the 21st!

Hi sarah hows everything out at IOB. Things are great up in Windcrest, we just had a fully involved vehicle fire this morning. I have a friend name jack who use to be with yall out there do you know him? Hope to hear back from you soon and take care out in the field.
I'm working on the pictures...problem is, im usually the photographer..and its hard to take pictures behind the lens as well as doing something in the picture. I'm just not that talented sorry ;) hehe Stay tuned though I will try to get something up.
Hi Sarah, Where have you been ? I haven't seen you on lately its probably my fault. Hope to see you on soon. You take care and stay safe.Your Friend, Hugs 57 House Talk to you soon.

Nothing wrong with it being cold...feels rather nice coming out of a structure fire...only thing that sucks is like last nite, we had pure ice on the roads, everything was covered...then it decided to pour out...so pouring rain...33 degrees...night time...we were busy with some accidents obviously but ice in the dark always makes for an interesting ride to the scene :P

Hey Sarah, Good Luck with the Mayor down there. This is hard for me to understand how he would put all the people of your town in danger. If there is a fire are they providing any fire services at all. Good Luck and Keep in touch, I want to know what happens with this.

All is well here. Baby is great, mom is awesome...lost 20#s already and the siblings all adore their new sis.
As for that probie...well, he's not all that bad for a probie! If we could just get him to stay at the station for an entire shift for once...LOL
Have a great Sunday.
