    Thanks, I still need some pictures of myself in my turn-out gear. You can't tell me nothing in my uniform though. My summer is going okay. I took only one vacation. What about your summer? Well, be safe and I pretty sure you can give me more advice than that since in been a firefighter for years. Like how much do you run that's if you still do or workout on a regular. What do you focus on most? Besides, your safety.
