Top Issues Facing Responders:
With all of the bring them all back we are killing ourselves with pizza in the fire house. Too many heart attacks. I was lucky. I had 5 bi-passes when I was 55 before I had a heart attack.

The other is Slow down. If you can't keep the vehicle under control you won't make it to the scene. Screw your head on before you respond.

I have a long time friend north west of Highland Heights. Also Ray Lowrey in the central area. He is on a VFD that responded to NYC and filled in at a house during the recovery at the WTC. I know him through Boy Scouts as we both have worked the last two National Jamborees doing safety inspections.
