lost time with family, vols need to balance their time and management needs to assist and understand this. stress is a factor often ignored by management, to retain vols. they must be treated like family not employees.

    Haha, a funny man. Actually it's now grass/brush/woods fire season here now that most of the white stuff is gone. A certain hillside still has plenty of snow and many idiots sliding down it on fibergalss sticks, but fortunately it's just outside our district.
