Why I Joined Fire/EMS: At first I thought it would look great on a college application, but as I got into being a volunteer, I fell in love with it. Now I'm going to be heading to LSU-E in Louisiana to become a fire marshal! And when I get back I will be going to Lake Charles and trying to be a full time firefighter while being a Fire Marshal as well.
Why I Love Fire/EMS: I fell that I am needed, so I will put myself on the line to save them
Top Issues Facing Responders:: We need to slow down when responding to a call. Alot of firefighters, and EMT's are getting hurt, or being killed.

Was anybody else doing anything...When we do burn training with other departments everybody works as a team to get things cleaned up and put away...We have meeting to night...So you atleast enjoyed the burn that's good...Yeah want belong and you will be a free spirit out in the real world..Sometimes I wish I was still in school the real world can get tough sometimes but hey it is worth the ride...Take care little girl..be safe
