I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE ON THE OTHER SIDE AND NEED THE HELP AND IT'S SUCH A RELIEF WHEN U SEE THE FIRE DEPARTMENT B/C THEN EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE OK
