    The last written test was alot of reading comp and which shape comes next stuff. It wouldn't hurt to get one of the fire civil service study guides. just to practice general test taking; if it's been a while. To pass the cpat, get a 50 pound vest and find 25 more pounds and start doing the stairmaster. I believe the time needed is around 3:30 minutes. Most people will fail that step. Otherwise a good running / cardio workout should give you the endurance needed for the additional stations. Delete Comment
