Your right Brother, I most definately DO NOT miss the snow up there. But, I'll tell you this, I've been freezing my ass off here the past month or so. It's been quite cold. Now, I need you to say hello to some of my old buddies who I grew up with and worked with... Charlie Mitchell, Dave Meager, Paul Carey, Artie Johnson, Hank Sheridan, Don Starrow, Steve Nawoichik, Dick Ryan, Richie Kelleher and the gang over at FAO, Kenny Fitz and the rest. I worked with them all at one time or another either on the Ambulance Squad or EMS. Stay safe out there Bro.

    Da Chief

P.S. My Uncle John O'Neill was the DC in Car 11 many moons ago. Maybe you can find him in some old journals.

    Hey back at ya!

Man did you guys kick our butts... The Celtics deserved to win tonight... The good news here is that it gave me an excuse to go looking for someone who works for the Boston FD to become friends with. I work on the other side of the country about 40 miles outside of Santa Barbara. My station is located on the coast overlooking the Channel Islands and the Pacific Ocean. Our first in district includes a couple of State Parks on the Beach and one of the most famous surfing areas in the world called Hollister Ranch. Not many structure fires for us but do we ever get some ripping wildland urban interface fires. Anyway, maybe you might now mind trading some recipes from your world with me. I love to cook and thought the FFN would be a good avenue to have some fun and share stuff. I've got the time right now, getting surgery next Wednesday on my knee. It's going to be awhile before I get back on the floor. Rats... Stay safe brother and congrats again on your teams success.
