    Wow, seems like alot of folks from NC are in this site! Right now, we don't do anything to make money, we beg for scraps from the county table, and our HOA gives us about 2k a year. Apart from that, nothing.

    I have worked with departments where the anual fund drive would often fund a new piece of apparatus, and something like that may be in the works. My big problem right now is that I am a "rookie", and as such I need to stay quiet until I get a real Idea what the old timers want the department to be. I will be meeting with Chief this week and hope to begin the dialogue.
