I saw your images, and the one labeled OLE38.JPG and I HAD to ask what year/model that is. I have an engine in my dept that looks so very identical except the front grill guard. We even have the original ladder and instead of the forward facing red light ours has a rotating red omnidirectional light. Please email me at hartley@myopinionmatters.org so I can find out! As far as we knew, there were only two other trucks like it in the nation and I didn't know about the one you have pictured. ~Christian M Hartley, Houston (AK) Fire Department

Myself I'm no longer active as a fire fighter I just enjoy taken pictures of the fire service. I have a history interest in the fire service.
As for wagon 3, it was stated they paid around $580,000.00 plus some equipment. They also just recently refurbed a Mack CF aerialscope with a Pierce Arrow cab and chassis. When I get a photo of it, I will post it.
I have an interest in the Harrisburg Bureau of Fire since moving in April just outside of Harrisburg. I'm seriously thinking of moving into Harrisburg City.
If you would like to see more of my pics of wagon 3, I have a website on SmugMug, look under fire photography.

    Thanks
