Hmmm, different uses huh? here's a couple for each....pike pole, pulling ceilings, pushing roof in on a see/saw cut for verticle ventilation, venting windows, sounding rooftops. For pry bar...forcible entry into doorways, windows, carhoods, car doors. Those are just a few that I thought of off hand, hope this helps you out. Nice looking station by the way and don't be laughing at me asking bout your eyes;-) that was a legite question,lol.

not a problem, your picture actually looks like your having a little trouble, lol. Out of the box, like maybe using pike poles for chutes in salvage and overhaul, of like using one of those pieces of equipment inside a structure to anchor yourself in a window seal as you attach a rescue rope for quick bailout, just a couple of other ideas.

Thats awesome! My department is still kind of small and we have just passed within the last year or so a fire tax on the community to help us get more funding for the things our dept needs. And sometime within the next year or so we should be getting a new platform truck! Which would be good, although we dont really have the high rises or anything. But we only have the one ladder truck so it would help on multiple structure fire calls! It really never fails that when we get dispatched to one fire, about 2 or 3 more happen all at the same time and we have to relay! Thats a pain! But its effective! When I get more pics in, I will post them! Stay safe!
