I think Im the only one who is enjoying it. Everyone else is just complaining about it. Most people dont enjoy the rain like I do.

    Hey Lieu..
How's everything down your way in Texas? Been real busy on my end; Rolling out a new column on Firehouse.com and trying to add some useful stuff to the FFN pages to keep things in perspective....
    Stay safe brother..........
  • Christopher J. Naum, SFPE

I had some of my training guys down your way a few years ago, we (our company) did NIMS ICS General Staff Training for the FD and PD.....
  • Christopher J. Naum, SFPE

Glad to hear things are getting back to normal your way. You're right in the manner in which you presently operate. In all my travels throughout the US, the use of clamps especially on LDH is not utlized, coordinated communications and established and practiced SOP help develop the necessary coordination and timeling required to execute the hose lay, hydrant hook up and flow to the engine, as the engineer/Chauf. prepares to accept the flow and pump. (can the clamp idea...)
    Stay safe...
