Good. I did my first patient care all by myself this Sunday. I have been doing pt care for awhile now but always under someone. Then we had to call Paramedics so I had to give a report to the paramedics. Of course it was like the best paramedic. He said I did great.
Of course i know Van and George. They're senior guys in my company (Truck 1). Van is a commissioner here and probably one of the nicest people i know and George is another one of the nicest people i know and he taught me hour to pour a beer correctly. Van's son is the captain of our company as well.
What sucks is that it seems everyone wants u to have 1 year under ur belt before they hire u but they dont understand everyone has to start from somewhere. Do u have any tips?
I have got good news to share with u. I have a interview set up for 11 am tomorrow. It is threw a transport company that is well known around where I live. I will let u know the outcome of the interview. Just wanted to say THANKS!!! for everything.
