Why I Joined Fire/EMS: Joined LEFD Explorers in 9th grade and thought it was the most fun I could have at a job. I've always wanted to help people and Fire/EMS fits for me.

Hello how is everything going over in the usa.Im a a volunteer wild fire/forrest fire fighter during our summer months down under in Australia.I have an uncle over near you somewhere,his name is Ian Greaves-he works in a hospital training doctors aparently. I havent seen him for a couple of years since he came to Australia to where some of his relations come from near a place called Corryong in Victoria.I found your profile through fire fighter nation and since around me the summer is just starting and its going to be a very long hot 1 i was wondering what the season has been like over where you are.Everyone around me is predicting a season like california is experiencing-again.We have had a huge season last year due to drought and we are again in drought which doesnt show any signs of ending anytime soon.I also was a volinteer before i finnished high school but also from a very early age as soon as our brigade truck left the shed i was on standby with our farm 4x4 as the first responce vehicle if another fire was reported which happened often (we HAD several firebugs in the area who have since moved away). Good luck with your future in the service and if you happen to ever see my uncle say hello for me since i dont have his email address,his wife or ex wife used to deliver mail in the area somewhere and her name was marlane-i think but i only met her once a couple of years ago.

from grant ward from Australia . Sorry I dont know which hospital that my uncle works at. The closest town to where I live only has about 1500 people and the nearest large town is an hour and a half away.I rmember a maths teacher did an exchange programme from your town,his name was jerry zimney,I dont know whether he is still around or wether he has moved on so I have had a couple of connections with your home town. We dont really get that many fire calls compared to you but the temperature has spiked up in quite a hurry so we have had a couple of jobs for early in the season,when things get busy though it gets very busy fast.Have a great thanksgiving and stay safe and I will be in touch later.

Christopher B. Inzana, 22, of Shongo Street, faces three counts each of disseminating child pornography and possession of child pornography and six counts of criminal use of communication facility, said state police at Coudersport.
All the crimes are felonies.

In a separate crime, Inzana was charged Friday with nine counts each of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors, and four counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.

Those charges are a mix of felonies and misdemeanors.

After an Internet task force traced child pornography to Inzana, they were able to download three child porn files from his computer, police said.

A search warrant was executed for his residence, and his computers were searched.

Police also found that Inzana, secretary/treasurer of the Genesee Fire Department, had downloaded child pornography files into the station's computer.

Police said they seized the fire department's computer and are searching for the files.

Police said Inzana also is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl during the summer of 2006.

Inzana was arraigned in both cases before District Magistrate Barbara Easton. He was jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail in the case involving the 14-year-old girl and $65,000 bail in the pornography case.

He has been committed to the Potter County Jail.
