Why I Joined Fire/EMS: I grew up in the business, my father has been on for 40 years and my brother has been on for 13 years. I tried to brake the chain by going to L.E. school and tripped back into firefighting.
Why I Love Fire/EMS: the ever changing calls no call ia just alike. There is always something to learn or try to figure out
Top Issues Facing Responders:: training - we don't have fires like they use to. A lot of firefighters cant see the gray area-"but it say's in the book we do it this way" mentallity.
