I used to live near the train station in PJ. I then moved to PJ Station and was there for about 10 months before I moved to MD. Last time I was up there, I had a hard time recognizing the area...a lot has changed in the past seven years! There's been quite a bit of new housing developments and lots more shopping added to the area since I lived there. Alas, it seems to have followed me here to the eastern shore of MD! Although the town I live in has not changed much, the nearest large town (city) of Easton is expanding rapidly.
Where in PJ do you live? Is the Handle Bar restaurant still running?

Does anybody out there have any cures fo a bad back?
I was standing up making my morning coffee and suddenly my back all by itself decided to tighten up and cramp, made it feel like it's broken and now it hurts so bad I can hardly walk. I thought it was just maybe my muscles being tight, so I went to the gym, but it didn't help. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone knows of anything other than advil and heating pads, please send any suggestions my way,

as i grease monkey i hurt alot and i find that when my back hurts i need to run, sounds easy but i just run!!

I strained the muscles in my lower back at work and was out for a whole week. I've been seeing a chiropractor and that has made a world of difference for me!!! I'd suggest that you get in touch with one in PJ aand start seeing them a.s.a.p.!

Please, my daughter, my darling beautiful gift from God was in a traumatic car crash Monday night.
She was cut off by someone who cut right in front of her and stopped, she swerved into the next lane and was struck by a utility van and then pushed into a utility pole. She has three brain bleeds, and pneumonia from two fractured ribs and collapsed lung from asperation. Running a fever, broken orbital bone and sinus bones, cuts, She is trying to be weaned off of the respirators but her lungs can't take it and I can't bear to watch her go through this.
Please, I beg all of you to flood her with prayers and positive energy. This happened in Port Jefferson Station Monday night, and the person got away.
She is in Stony Brook Hospital in the trauma unit.
God, please help my beautiful daughter Amanda, she needs all of our prayers, please send her that energy and peace and healing, Thank you.......

Thank you for all your prayers, they are working, but she needs more. She made it through SICU and now se has a feeding tube in her stomach and the damage to her brain, is the most terrible thing I have ever seen, a child suffer through this, traumatic brain injury, this could not be real, my baby, my beautiful baby. She was cut off and struck by a verizon truck and pushed into a pole and had to have the roof cut off the car to get her out. She is able to eat today and they made her stand for the first time oime today and she screams and cries. She has had agitation and kicked her legs uncontrollably for days. tubes down her throat and nose after they pulled the ventilator, she was able to breath on her own. Now, she needs her motor control and speech and concenration to come back, She lost weight at has atrophy, bed sores broken ribs, she had a collapsed lung and a broken foot an orbital bones ad glass in her face. She had her seat belt on but the air bag lookes like it may not have gone off in time. Please, she is suffering, my life is over until she ihas hers back, please, start prayer chains, please pray. Dear Friends,

Have been with my daughter Amanda day and night, met the EMT's that saved her life this morning.
She is learning everything over again. She is feeding herself and goes through periods of agitation, crying, depression, all TBI things. I wish I could be in her place instead of her so much. I have died one thousand deaths watching her suffer and struggle, but she is a miracle after not being expected to survive the ride to the hospital. She is talking and making more sense now and God has and is blessing her. Please, please, continue to pray for my daughter Amanda, she needs the power of prayer and strength to get her through this, I need my baby back, and she needs to come back to the way she was. I thank you for all your prayers and support. Please continue,

Christopher B. Inzana, 22, of Shongo Street, faces three counts each of disseminating child pornography and possession of child pornography and six counts of criminal use of communication facility, said state police at Coudersport.
All the crimes are felonies.

In a separate crime, Inzana was charged Friday with nine counts each of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors, and four counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.

Those charges are a mix of felonies and misdemeanors.

After an Internet task force traced child pornography to Inzana, they were able to download three child porn files from his computer, police said.

A search warrant was executed for his residence, and his computers were searched.

Police also found that Inzana, secretary/treasurer of the Genesee Fire Department, had downloaded child pornography files into the station's computer.

Police said they seized the fire department's computer and are searching for the files.

Police said Inzana also is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl during the summer of 2006.

Inzana was arraigned in both cases before District Magistrate Barbara Easton. He was jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail in the case involving the 14-year-old girl and $65,000 bail in the pornography case.

He has been committed to the Potter County Jail.

HI Friends,

Amanda is coming home on her birthday, March 26th.
She will be 21. Her life has certainly changed.
She is making progress. She has to re-learn everything, and short-term and some long term memory is gone right now. Other issues come up, and then she makes more progress. It's a roller coaster, and it's going to be a long, long road. She is getting pretty depressed now and just wants to come home. She still has the cast and the g-tube in her stomach which they have to take out. I just remember my beautiful gifted daughter the night she walked out and ten seconds later, she was cut off by someone and left to die.
I trust in God that she will one day walk back in the door as healthy as the day that she left. Thank you for all of your prayers, please keep praying as much as possible.... She needs all of you and so do I...

Keep your head up and ya'll keep going life will take you somewhere you will just have to follow and see where . When i was 7 when i was hit by a car and had to learn how to walk and talk all over again . my grandfather wrote those words to me . Hope you can use them . Good luck and god bless.
