Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I started out in a police auxiliary when my friend convinced me it would be cool and it was running along side the regular P.D. And when I moved to Manlius I needed that thrill so I joined the local F.D.

    Hey Ed the fire the other night was... interesting. I was one of the two that carried the elderly lady out of the house, then went back in to the second floor with a hand line, when my bottle ran out I went out side and blacked out. So I was also one of the two that got taken to the hospital with smoke inhalation and CO2 poisoning.
