I have a patch and will be glad to send it to you. My dad was on this dept. when I first started. He means the world to me and I think it is great to honor such great people like them. I hope god takes care of them in many different ways. I hope some day my son will say the same. He is turning 18 in eight days and is wanting to become a firefighter also.
May god bless us all and protect us from harms way.
I would love to send you a patch from both my dept. and my beloved husband Chief Anthony Coy, Burbank Airport Fire. After he passed away May 29, 2007, I did something similiar in his memory. I only wish I did something sooner. Treasure the time you have with your father. Memories are forever. Please give me your address.
Bunny Coy, Captain
I would be proud to add the Chicago Fire Dept patch for your board. My sons are at Camp Lejeune when they arent in Iraq. Send me the address and I will get it out to you
Hey Frankie, I am sending a patch out to you tommorrow. My dad and Grandad were also firefighters. My grandad is gone now, but he and my dad were a big part of why I joined about 13 years ago. What you are doing is awesome. Give your dad a big hug and thank you for his dedication. take care and stay safe
He Frankie,
I lost my dad, a FF for East Cleveland 8 years ago. I have his old badges and they mean something great to me. I will do my best to get you a patch. I am in San Diego for Near Miss Symposium and then gone for 2 weeks. Take care of yourself.
