Why I Joined Fire/EMS
was looking for something to do when i was 21 started at the volly fd and got hooked now im a career firefighter and i still volunteer as well.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
helping when everyone else runs away im running in
Top Issues Facing Responders:
from the volly side lack of recruitment and retention of volunteers the continuing pressure put on by legislative requirements for training. The paid side not enough manpower responding to calls, the fact that the fire dept no longer is immune to being sued we are now held accountable for what we do.
