It was a good time looking around the aircraft and talking to the owner and pilots. They have 2 of the aircraft, hopeing to maybe get a ride someday. They come to our airport several times a year and said they would get some of the FF up for a ride.

Hi Bryan, Thanks for comments. Yes, being a dispatcher can be quite hectic and yes, we often get "it" from both sides, but sometimes it is very rewarding! I like it most days, some days I love it and some days I absolutely hate it and count the days until retirement! Take care & God Bless!
  • Wendy Norris

Hey Bryan! Thanks for stopping by! I love knowing about ARFF. It's a whole other side of firefighting that we don't think about unless you are in it. I was industrial and people don't really think about that side either.

    Be safe!!
  • SuzyQ

Hello. I'm having a relaxing weekend, and you?
  • SuzyQ

LOL. Well at least you are doing the triathalon in spirit.. Don't complain about the snow, it could be worse... We've had a few large fires near the Bay Area this week and the air quality is down the tubes here. Like your wife, I'm an active girl ( ran 10 miles yesterday) and the smoke definitely had an impact on how I felt. The asthma was acting up a little after.
  • turk182

hope you are well and stay safe
  • SuzyQ

How did your wife do in the triathalon? My 7 year old daughter and I ran a race in San Francisco this weekend called the Banana Chase Race. LOL There are people dressed in banana costumes, it's pretty hysterical.
  • Jess

Thank you. I can see the camaraderie is already coming out. Love it!
  • Firegal77

Ya, I just moved to DE from CO! Good eye!

    Hey Bryan,
Things are good here in Halifax. How's life in Eagle County.
I still have one of your T-shirts here.
  • Steve

What's up? Yeah we have a Striker 3000 with a Snozzle and a Striker 1500 Rhino... which sucks... Don't get a Rhino.
  • Larry Jarnagin
