I Started At Harlan City Fire Department In 1998 At The Age Of 15 I Left In 2000 And Went To Loyall Fire Department And Stayed There For A Year. Went On To The Rescue Squad And Im Currently A Sergeant There,Came Back To Harlan City And Im Currently A FF There,In 2007 I Came Back To Loyall Were I Was A Captain For Six Months And Was Offered The Chief Position After The Currnet Chief Retired And I Currently Hold That Title.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I Became A Part Because I Wanted To Help People In Time Of Need And To Stay Out Of Trouble Mostly And Man Did It Help I Guess If I Didn't Become Part Of This I Would Probally Be Dead Or In Prison.

    well thats cool...youve got to do a better job then our chief here.hes a good guy and does a fairly good job at being chief,but hes been in it over 30yrs and hes very old school.alot of the dept(which is 16 stations of guys) disagrees w/ some of the stuff he does...but hey,its a job and your in charge now,make the best of it and coming from a firefighter,keep you and your guys safe bc thats the main thing...good luck to you man,and congrats at makin chief!
