Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I enjoy it. I always wanted to be a firefighter. What little kid doesn't want to be something like a firefighter. Anyways, I also like helping people.

    welcome and congrats on the new job. i have been in fire/ems 11 1/2 years. i'm new to this site also, been on a few days maybe a week. i'm in eastern colorado, almost to kansas, i work full time as an emt and a volunteer firefighter/emt in a very small community of maybe 1000 if you count all dogs, cats, horses, cows, chickens etc..... i'm a simple country girl whose heart is in iraq with a special soldier.
