About Me:
I've been involved in Fire/EMS for the last 9 years, started when I was 16. A majority of that time I was a volunteer, and I enjoyed every minute of it and am very proud of being a volunteer. Recently at the beginning of this year I switched from being a volunteer to being a part-time per-diem firefighter. I currently work full-time for Pierce Manufacturing building Pierce fire trucks. I always try and focus my work around the fire service lol. So when I'm not at Pierce or at the firehouse working a shift on my days off from Pierce, you can probably find me at the racetrack doing Track Rescue on Saturday nights, or somewhere out and about having fun with my friends. Last year I received my FL FF1 & FF2 along with my other certs, and this year I completed my FL EMT-Basic. It was fun moving to Florida and going through Fire School and EMT School again, and the education will not stop because of ever changing policies and procedures and new ways of doing things. My next step is to hopefully enroll in the next Paramedic class and find a job. Thanks for stopping by, and remember to stay low and let the red bitch blow!
Day Job:
Pierce Manufacturing(yes building pierce fire trucks)
Started riding to fire calls with my father when I was about 4 yrs. old. Been hooked ever since. I just really get a good feeling out of helping people in there time of need, and I just like being in the intense atmosphere of emergency services.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
gives me a good feeling when I help others in their time of need, and it's just an exciting job with new challenges everyday. No two days are alike.
