Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I was out past curfew too much and was 16 so judge told me I had to do community service and the fire chief took me. After a week of seeing people come in get on trucks and race out. I thought that it was cool and asked to join so 25 years later I am still a Firefighter. Like to know more? just drop me a note.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

having the knowledge and ability to help in the commnity and my department to move foward in protecting our self's and our fellow citizens.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Keeping the Volunteers in the fire service with more programs such as LOSAP and offer some tax breaks. Health and keeping in shape is a big issue.
