Good Morning from Olympia, Washing...another "beautiful" Junauary morning.....anyone heard when Spring or Summer is due to arrive? Supposed to be in the 70's in June...not 50's....

Im Ray, Im not active Fire Dept anymore yet hope to return to the areas volenteer dept in my ara where i relocated to. At this moment im on vacation itching horribly to offer an assist to the oregon area grass fires. recently a man whom was caught started a fire in sweet creek Oregon 20 miles where im on vacation.Im on a boat with heavy smoke growing as i speak. Its not unbearable but my senses say to get my tail someplace to assist. Several other fires jumped from the origional from my sources and the origional is down to 30%. that was two days ago. My girlfriend said well were on a boat. were safe. I informed her smoke inhalation is what kills before th =e fire ever will. And Im watching for evacuation orders. If theres any brothers or sisters in this fight on the blazes. If you need an assist on the fire line im willing and ready.
