The Salem Firefighters Local 283 will be holding their second annual firefighter seminar at the Salem High School October 30th 2010. This years class is " A View From The Street - The First 20 Minutes - For First Responding units. The class will be instructed by FDNY Battalion Chief's Rich Blatus and Thomas Richardson.
