The problem as I see it is neither side talks to the other, or at least there is some sort of communication barrier. I believe assumptions are being made all the way around. Nobody is clear on all the facts and issues. We really need a County-wide policy board to manage these and other response issues.
Even if it goes back to "the old way", for how long?

That's what the Communications Board is for. If it would of been followed like it's suppose to be ,we wouldn't be having these issues. That's all sides talking, including the citizens! The key word is communications.
