You know, Robbie Robertson is half Mohican and he has sure written and performed many moving and beautiful songs and albums. "Shine Your Light," for the movie, Ladder 49. I can't stop listening to them. I've seen many singer's/group's perform live over the years, but I haven't seen Robbie...yet. If I get the chance, I will be there!

Hello everyone, I wanted to invite you to check out a new site called www.Brotherhoodfirst.com. Its a site for FFs to buy, sell and trade with other FFs, for Free! Thanks, stay safe!
You have to admit these are great looking, I am also going to be doing t--shirts with the same logo on the back and logo on the front of a differnt design
so we have a house across the street from our's that we are "playing"with. Did roof ventilation on it, some rescue searching, hope to do a couple of more drills with it before we burn it. Last year I got us a mobile home to "play" with. Had quite a few good drills with other companys with it, since there are alot of them here on the rez. I set it up like a typical home out here. It was some good training. hope to get some photos of the house, was too busy to take any of the trailer.
Keep up the training George, we also had a house for 2 years, the nice thing it was all plaster. We had several live fires in these rooms and alot of search and rescue under heat and smoke conditions. Yes we did have charged safety lines and fully charged advancing lines. We to had to burn it down one day...
I went to the Nanticoke Nation Pow Wow in Deleware last weekend had a great time meeting new people and watching all the different styles of dance. But I must say the best part was the pumpkin fry bread it was awsome!
Hello everyone. I just joined FFN and the Native American FF network. I am looking for info and references to any Native American Wildland firefighting crews for a paper I am writing for a college class. Looking for different tribes that have crews and their history and any stories on fires they have been on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and stay safe!

How is everyone ? we just got back from N.C, for a Neyuheru';ke 300 mmmmm 'celebration'. while there after one of the lectures a ma walks over and leans to look at my patch and says ' I thought I seen a firefighter and hands me a patch from his company. He says he is a retired Batt. commander from Greenville fire-rescue. so cool. I was just sorry I didn't have any patch's to give him. so I will be getting in touch and buying some patch's .
