I lived in the Big Apple for fifty three years, and fought building fires, and house fires. Now I live in a Rural area in South Carolina. What a difference,
now I fight brush fires, and trailer fires. what a culture shock, but I lve it.

Hello from Windsor SC. We are one of 14 fire districs in an eleven hundred square mile county, we cover over 100 square miles, and almost 2000 sturctures, and lord only knows how much open land. We run out of two stations. We have a brush fire season that runs from Jan- May. We are also first responders. We are located in eastern Aiken County.
