I belong to Liberty Hill FD. Which is north of Austin TX. We are fund by an ESD we sometimes find it hard to get equipment due to we got to explain to the ESD and show why we need the equipment

A little town near houston called Huffman. One thing i have a question about is, funding. How is your department funded, ESD or what, and how hard is it to get equipment?
