For the wires passing, one of the techniques we are teaching is to use the hose line to lift the wires and pass under.

It is great to see this group this is a must for every fire dept. Changing the culture is a hard thing to get done but don't look back keep striving to get this training in your department if you do not have a team.

I am new to FFN, outgoing Lt in Tesuque FD. I work at Shidoni Foundry in Tesuque, NM. I cast helmet shields in bronze. Some of the best training I ever had was in the Salisbury Mills FD in Orange County, NY, in FAST/RIT. I am heading toward training as the years in my life add up faster and faster.

Just want to say Hi and glad to be with ya. The one thing I remind myself before any fire either grass or structual is you only have "1*".. Be safe and I'll chat more with you guys later. I'm new to FFN, but will take the time to let you guys (gals) know more about me later. Thanks

How often does your Department train on RIT?

Hello guys, It seems like ther is not much activity on here. I will try to change that with your help. I teach RIT in our County, we have instructed close to 250 firefighters and still going strong. I look forward to sharing techniques and items with you all.
