cool good luck and i was going to try the PX90 and see if that helps but was told that it is kinda a weight training video that is just extreme

I am also training for the challenge next year. I took the Insanity challenge. Insanity is a work out program that is all on dvd. It combines intense cardio, plyometrics, body weight resistance, and max interval training. It seems to be doing wonders, but i just started and its a 60 day regimen. I will try to keep you updated on my results.

Cannot do any weights over 5 pounds until 4 - 6 weeks after surgery.

Work out evry day doing something different. Cardo. one day the circuit training. use some weights. Also eating right types of foods

Thanks Mike. I have also been asked by an instructor and Chief to speak up for annual testing. We can change our diet and exercise, but we cannot change what our family gives us.

Thom Mc,

Follow your Doctor's PT advise & remember to listen to your body, it will let you know if you're over doing it. Set realistic goals and once you reach them raise the bar. Don't give up & always remember that you can get back in shape enough to out work the rookie. Just remember, he'll be ready to go again in 10 to 15 minutes & we may have to recover for 1 to 2 hours.

Thom MC, the best thing you can do right now is walk, watch your food intake & walk somemore. Don't give up you can make a comeback.
