Good morning from Texas! Finally warming up here too ... for now. Almost 70 today, 71 tomorrow, then a 20° drop & from what I hear, "wintery precipitation" Tuesday. I moved south to get away from this cold stuff. :)

Good morning, gang! Lovely day in Nashville ... finally warming up, sun shining, and my "on-call" status ends at 19:00! Woo Hoo! A weekend to get some things done!

Chief France uses a lot of material from my favorite illustrator, Paul Coombs. Here is one that I think all Safety Officers should have posted where THEY can see it. Some SOs are too easily convinced to not push things in order to, "keep the peace". Our job is not too keep the peace, or take it easy. Our job is to make sure everyone goes home.

Have a great day; stay safe!

Thanks for the invite Chief. Safety is my middle name. (Not really, it's Anthony actually, but you get the point.) I've irritated a few officers pushing safety issues on scene. And I will continue to do so. We all go home.

Thanks Chief for the invite. Hope we can say or teach something here that will eventually keep someone from getting hurt or worse.
