Yes, I do beleive that many of us that watched the show were inpacted by it in more ways than one...I started my fire career in the Navy as a crash and salvage aboard an ammo ship named the Kiska. After the Navy I volunteered my time as a firefighter in Northern California and Southern Oregon area..In 2002 I became a wildland firefighter for a contract crew named Grayback Forestry which I still work for them on a seasonal bases..I look back and wonder if I would have watched more Adam 12 what I might have become....NAAAAAA .....lets NOT... I love being FIREFIGHTER

Here in the central area of AR we can get daily doses of Dix for those of us that thought she was the next best thing. Retro TV 7.2 at 1400hrs.
You talk about change visit FLASHOVERTV and search for the 1930's LAFD Traing Video. It's a hoot

Hello all,
The County of Los Angeles Fire Museum is hosting a one day trade show at the Cerritos Sheraton this Thursday (9/10) from 9 am to 4 pm.
Its not a giant show, you should be able to get through it in about an hour depending on how much you talk...

Randy Mantooth will be in attendance.....along with squad 51
