As far as keeping from getting hit once there, I totally agree with you.
In Texas, if you are caught running lights without a siren, airhorn or exhaust whistle....(young guys, ask the old guys) DPS, (State Troopers) will require your signature on several small slips of paper. There is also a rider policy that if you don't have and get caught and your insurance finds out, they will cancel you. So, what little time you save is not worth it.
Don't you love it when they just stop in front of you?
It works for the most part. Nomatter if your in your pov or engine some people just wont get out of the way.
Oh yeah or going around a corner is alwayse a good one
You have to see what is legal. Also, if it is a good idea why doesn't the department endorse it and pay for it.
A big help because most of the people around where i live will get out of your way
i think its a big help.
from my home to the staion is a dirt and gravel road not a lot of trafic how ever i do like to have lights a siren for people walking or on atvs.....that being said i do not drive reckless....."youre not gona help anyone if you dont get there safe"
Read the TX Trans. Code again so you don't post false info. TCSS
