Being a new post, in a small town, we kinda scrambled around to get the program started but now we kinda have some structure. As one of the explorer officers, I was curious to see how others, especially in rural areas, run their post and what they do training wise.....

Hey Bro, We don't have an explorer program going on in my county. But I volunteer and have helped with my department for 7 years. The only training I really have is my CPR, BLS,and AED. I am starting this summer going to start training to run the Pumper, Start Learning how to Stage, Fast Attack, And Wild Land Fires. I hope to get to Fast Attack and Wild Land Fires. My chief told me that if I didn't get to them this summer I would have to wait till I got my FF1
