I'm sure if you do a search on line you'll find a ton of them, we've got Lake Supier State here in Michigan and they offer all the FF classes along with Law and fire science.
The good old US NAVY!!! One of the best fire service educations you can receive. There they don't have the option of backing down from a fire...the ship will sink! There is alot of other things that you learn from there also. It is a great education and you see the world. The other branches of service are starting to contract fire service so they are starting to do away with their fire service personnel. Haze gray and underway, I highly recommend it! Be safe and learn something new today.
