START Triage
Develop engine company pre-plan books for Hybrid vehicles, it's nice to know where the battery is...
Reviewing accessing alternate water supply sites, using floto-pump, water eductor, drafting, pumpkins, fold-a-tank, etc.
Review or train folks on RS-1 (Rescue Systems 1 Training)
Spray invisible UV ink (Clue Spray) onto the surface of a piece of paper and pass it around the room. Use a black light to see area's that people touched. Good beginning to teaching FRO decon.
Light USAR drills, involving cribbing, blocking, shoring, etc.
Basic fire chemistry ~ specific gravity, vapor density, pH, etc. and using pH paper, gather household items and use pH paper to demonstrate alkali's verses acids
polar vs. non-polar solvents and foam usage... this is fun and can be done small scale in beakers...

let me know if this is too technical... my attitude is why not challenge the FFJR's?
