Firefighters in NYC, Frederick Maryland and Anaheim!

Hi everyone,
My partner Jarryd and I (both volunteer fire fighters) will be coming to the US for a holiday and would absolutely love to visit some fire stations. We will be in Frederick, Maryland from the 11th of April till the 15th. NYC (staying at the New Yorker) from April 16th to 18th. Anaheim from April 20th to 23rd.

A little bit about us, Jarryd and I met in our fire brigade. He has been a volunteer fire fighter for 8 years and I have been for 2 1/2 years. He is a diesel mechanic and I am about to start a job in Emergency call-taking. We were both heavily involved in the 'Black Saturday' bushfires which claimed 173 lives. He was involved in a burnover which lasted 45minutes and involved four fire fronts hitting the tanker.
We would love to meet some more fire fighters and check out your trucks!

Any advice you could give me to help us visit some stations would be highly appreciated.

I am in MD several times a year to see my wife's family, about 30 mins from Frederick. If we will be up that weekend, I'll let you know. You would have to drive 7 hours south to see my station but I'll barge into someone else's station with you if I"m up there then.
