9/11 10 year anniversary cookbook

A fire buddy and I are putting together a cookbook for charity that we would like to put out for the 10th anniversary of 9/11.  We have started a firefighters recipe sharing website to help us collect the recipes www.companychow.com  If you or anyone you know are interested in posting a recipe for use in the book, please post it up her or at www.companychow.com.  The charity that we are donating the proceeds to is "The Fire Family Fund."  It helps fire families in need and fire victims in need.  Please help us out!

I was the station cook for many years and have quite a few recipes.

I ll show our main cook this site, maybe he can add a few of his recipes, Im number 2 at the station, so i ll add a couple myself.
